how to use TITLE_SPELL - Modelcheck in drawing?

Hi,

We want to add spell check for drawing, in this, currently we have added NOTE_SPELL check and it is working fine for note. but we also want to add similar spell check for our title block ( which having table and text in its cell properties). we added TITLE_SPELL check but it is not working for title block.

So please can someone guide for correct process and also want to know more about TITLE_SPELL and SYMBOL_SPELL ( if any example with snap then it will be better)
