Import Validation Tool- errors

Hello,

We are changing our models from Solidworks to Creo. However after importing the assemblies we are getting RED exclamation mark in the tree and in the the Import Validation Tool.(see attached)

The missing part in question were deleted out myself ,because of solidication issues. I have redrawn them in Creo and replace in assemblies however the the missing error still appears..

Is there a way to remove this error or what file does this tool uses to cross referances to see if parts are missing.
