Intelligent Fasteners and Windchill

Hello,

I am using Creo 2.0 M220 and would like to use AFX to put fasteners in my extrusion assembly. I am using windchill and would prefer if the fasteners would come out of windchill. Is it possible to have the fasteners come out of windchill so I'm not making duplicate fasteners every time I put a screw in.
