Inverted decal when rendering

Hi,

I am adding a decal to my part, and as suggested in this ticket, I used the flip decal buttons to correctly align my image. Solved: Invert/Mirror Decal Appearence - PTC Community

However, when I go to render my part, the image is "unflipped". When I get out of the render application and back to the modeler, the decal is in the correct orientation. 

Any thoughts on what can be happening here?
