Is Creo 4.0 supposed to export huge STEP files?

The same assemblies that exported as 30 meg step files in Creo 3 are now exporting step files that are over 100 mb in Creo 4. Is that supposed to be? What extra benefits are in these huge files? What can be done to shrink the file size? Thanks

There should not much difference. Can you try same data from 3 and 4 with default settings (without config). Share any sample file from 3.0 to check.
