Is it possible to use sketch relations to resize (scale) a sketch?

I have a sketch in a model that is resized during regeneration based on conditional logic conditions. The rotate/resize function provides functionality to scale all dims in the sketch. I am looking to automate this via Pro/Program by passing a scalar parameter value to the resize function in sketch mode. Does anyone know if there is a system parameter or other method that can be exploited to implement this approach?

One solution is to explicitly write sketch relations for all dims in the sketch to scale them but it would be much less tedious if I could integrate the resize operation in sketcher to scale all of the dims.
