Is there an API that can listen for user actions when creating or deleting annotations through the toolkit?

For feature creation, I know I can use pfcDefaultSolidActionListener->OnAfterFeatureCreate.

However, I’d like to know if there’s an API specifically for annotations. I want to monitor when a user creates annotations from Creo70> Annotate > Dimension. Thank you!
