Layer functionality for cosmetic features in merge and inheritance features
When using cosmetic fetures, as cosmetic skteches and the visibility of these features are organized with rule layers, this functionality ist lost when creating a merge or especially a inheritance feature.
It is necessary for a consisten layer functionality to implememt this behaviour in creo.
