maximize menu

How do you mmaximze the menu slections in Creo Sketch. The menu picks are way too small.

Also, I need a basic step by step tutorial for creating rough sketches and finishing them with geometics features, duplicatiing/grouping images, storing these images for later copied use. Thank you.
