Merge Failure

Good morning all,

 

See attached photo. This is from a family table part and the particular feature in question was working fine across all sizes. I have made a change to a seemingly unrelated feature and now the merge will not join the two features. Does anyone have any experience with similar issues?

Any geometry checks?  What is your accuracy setting and is it relative or absolute?

Make sure both surfaces are still parallel and planar.

 

Yes, I've had ghost red-lite-regens.  Delete a completely unrelated round and another revolve feature falls over the other side of the fence and fails.  No relation what-so-ever!
