Missing Mechanism Limits

I have an assy with a pivoting door. I've set limits in my mechanism
constraints on the swing of the door. On my PC it works great, however
on my co-worker's PC the limits are missing and the door swings freely.
When I go into redefine the component, the 'Rotation Axis' section of
the pivot constraint is missing all together.
Of course, he's got a laptop & I have a desktop, so when meeting with
the client, we are using his machine and we look like buffoons with the
door swinging into the cabinet.
Anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it?
