    Dear Dan

    I am sorry to reply too late. I just noticed the comments today.

    2 easy steps:

    1. Printscreen the window. or You can use Snipping Tool in Win7.

    2. Import the jpeg saved earlier in Photoshop, cut into layer for assembly and tilt-stretch the rest.
