Moving components from a sub-assembly to a upper level assembly

One of my enginieers pose the following question. They wantedto see if there was a way to move a component from a sub-assembly to a upper level assembly without having to completely redefine the constraints. We are currently on WF4. My first thought was that there wasn't a way, but I wanted to throw it out for the forum to see if anyone had any ideas.

Edit, Restructure.

Thanks for the suggestions. I verified that that Edit-Restructer worked and I gave the option to the engineer with the warning on the circle referencing.


FYI, the drag and drop worked inside of the sub-assembly, but didn't work for me when I tried to move it to the upper level.
