I was build the part design according 2d drawing but can't understand the sides views dimension which are showing in 2d any one guide?

The way I read it:

0.536 is the width of that end.

0.532 is the flat to the tapped holes.

The construction circles are used to place the 45 degree surfaces.

Could not open your model in 4.0. Attached is my attempt.

There is always more to learn.
