Question
No output after opening STEP file ProE Wildfire 3.0
After succesfully installed the software OS: windows 7 32bit
Software still runs smoothly the only problem is when opening a step file.
there is no output after clicking the "open" button.
Can anyone help me how to find out what would be the cause of this problem?
Already checked license file but is seems there are no conflict with licensing.
(Please see attached screen capture: STEP is still included on the import/open selection)
is there any problem with the 64 and 32bit OS, or the compatibility for OS is the problem itself?
