Hello fellows ProEngineers:

I need to model NPT Pipe Threads. The "Hole" feature doesn't propose NPT threads.

I have found on the "Program Files" a "NPT.hol" and a "NPTF.hol" files, but I am not able to make Creo see these.

I have set the "hole_parameter_file_path" variable to the location of these two files, but it still don't work.

The NPT don't seems to be accessible either in the "Cosmetic Threads" feature.

Any clue on how to make NPT Threads?

I run Creo 2.0

Thanks !

You need to select the tapered hole icon before it will offer you the NPT and NPTF, it looks like the countersink icon, but is to the right of the thread icon on the dashboard (so the fourth icon along)
