Pinned shaft with slot being driven with screw driver Torque and Contacts?

Hi All,

I have an assembly that consists of a shaft and a flat blade.
The shaft has a hole that a pin goes thru. This is fixed with a constraint. (ground)
The end of the shaft has a slot that a blade driver goes into. This blade driver has 80 in-lbs of torque applied to it
The shaft is plastic and the driver is steel.
My results are not comming out correctly. I'm seeing higher stresses in the blade driver than the
plastic shaft. Would anyone have any ideas as to what is wrong with my setup?

Thanks to Bill Siebertfor verifying what we were seeing.
Material is failing before full load could be applied by the driver.
