Planar wall thickness side allways wrong

in sheetmetal when i create a second planar wall the thickness side is allways on the wrong side and i have to flip it.

is there a way that the side is correct by default?

In my experience, quite a few things in Pro/E, sorry, Creo (PESC) default to the wrong side. Merging surfaces is another example.

    an other thing when assembling a screw with component interfaces to sheetmetal part the screw looks alwas to the wrong direction.

    Answer from PTC support: no plan to fix...
