Plunge Milling
I know this question has probably been asked before, but how do I write a plunging routine in Creo 2.0? I tried using a custom cycle, and boring cycle but that has me confused and making a lot of points to direct the plunges. The plunge milling function has no back up step parameter, so im looking at manually altering the g-code after every plunge to insert my desired .010" back up step before retract. Is there an easier method besides a pattern or some other semi-manual way?
