Pro/E is running very slow

hi, I am using brand windows 7 64 bit dell model system with 4GB Ram, But My Pro/e software is running very slow, Zooming in and out, selection and creating a dimension is also consuming considerable amount of time. Can Any body help me out how to resolve this problem.
