Product View Express

Hi Folks,

I was happy to discover this morning that I have Product View Express 9.1
installed (I guess it comes with Pro/E?)

I have never used it, but today I am looking at some really old drawings
that were archived before the days of PDF. These files were stored as .plt
files - And my client was unable to open them. I offered to help him find a
viewer. Lucky for me, I can simply double click to see it with PVE. Is
this a free viewer that I can install on his PC? If so, how can I get it?

Thanks!

-Nate

Nate,

As with everything else PTC it's been renamed to Creo View Express. Here's the link to download it from the PTC website

Along those lines does anyone know how to configure PVE to manage or parse folders with a list similar to search.pro in Creo?

We have users trying to view assemblies and many parts are in folders as we do not have a data mgmt system.

Thanks
