Quick selection of surfaces

Hi everyone,

I would like to select and copy only the surfaces of the top side of the component in the attached image.

(practically the skin above)

There is a way to quickly select the patches and not one by one with the CTRL key.

You could use Seed and Boundary. It's not a magic bullet, there can still be a lot of surface selections on a part like this to set the boundary or else the selection set "leaks" out beyond what you intend.
