Reload workspace, after crash. Creo 3.0 M180

Software crashed, and i am trying to find out why it wont restart.  I had work in my workspace, new items, some modified, but i didnt have a chance to upload.  Everything was saved, just not uploaded.  is there a way to restore my workspace with my items i created?  I was able to get my Creo install fixed, but my work i had in my workspace is gone.
