Rounding Swept Blend Transition

Having trouble adding a round (GREEN LINES) between 2 swept blends connected together (RED ARROWS) as seen in the attached figure. the swept blend on the right is a curved cylinder, and the swept blend on the right is made from irregular splines along the same curve. any suggestiosn?
