Show Model Annotations Dim Angled Diagonally

I just did 'show model annotations' and my dimension came out at an angle. How do I adjust it to lay horizontally?

It is showing the correct orientation for the item that is dimensioned, which appears to be the lenght of that side of a chamfer.

The alternative is to create the feature with a dimension from the face of the item.

Is there a drawing of that detail as part of a specification?
