Question

Showing the pattern dimension identifyer

I am working on an assembly (in NC_Sheetmetal), and need to setup a relation that controls the number of items in the pattern.
However, when I edit the pattern it only shows me the "dots" representing the number of features and does not give me a "dimension" with number of components.
There is no "edit" on the right-click menu.

How do I get the "Pxx" value of the pattern?

Finish the pattern generation, then left click on any pattern member except
the first then right-click-and-hold-down and select 'edit'. You will see
the number of items in the pattern appear (along with whatever dimensions
are applicable). If you have a dimension pattern in two directions then
there are two pattern quantity variables. By choosing the pattern member
that you clicked on initially, you can control which one you see (or both).
If it is a reference pattern then you don't get a quantity (I think,
haven't done it in a while).
