sinusoidal profile not smooth surface

Dear all,

i must create a sinusoidal substrate with creo. I import a .dxf file and i extrude part of sinusoidal profile. but i have the error in image.

The sinosuidal profile not is ''smooth'', the radius os sinusoid is 0.025mm.
