Question
Slow opening assembly
WF3, Intralink 3.4.
I have an assembly that takes a very long time to open. It's not
complicated at all; similar assemblies we have open in moments; this one
takes almost 20 minutes. Its first component is a subassembly (which is the
bulk of the items in the assembly); it opens just fine on its own. So I
tried suppressing all the components except for that first subassembly -
still took 20 minutes. I tried suppressing that first subassembly, so the
only thing in the model tree is the default datum planes - still takes 20
minutes. Any suggestions for where I should be looking for the cause of
this?
