spline - read points from file

Hello,

Is there any way how to load spline points from file according to parameter?

For example I have files with points:

points_1.pts

points_2.pts

....

and I want to load file points_1 when I set some parameter to 1 or load points_2 if parameter is 2... and so on.

The reason for this is that I use ansys workbench with creo and need to change geometry from workbench according to parameter value. The geometry is precalculated in the files.
