STEP AP242 Translator in Creo 4.0?

Hi. I have a question related to Creo 4.0. PTC mentioned that Creo 4.0 will address on the big theme, Model-based enterprise. Will the Creo 4.0 have STEP AP242 (Managed model based engineering) translator/converter?

Yes, it is supposed to support it to the extent that the standard has been defined.  Apparently some pieces of the standard are still in development.
