Resurrecting this old thread because I got some free time and I finally
found a resolution (in WF5).
I edited the default room (View -> Model Setup -> Scene -> room tab) by
clicking on the orange and blue panels and replacing them with white. I
then saved this scene to our config library and set the config option
'default_scene_filename' to point to the file.
Now I have a nice rendered scene without goofy colors.
