Surface deformation with a complex outline

I'm having issues achieving what I need for a Creo Assignment.

I am attempting to emboss some shapes on the curved surface of a drinks bottle I am modelling.

I've provided a photo to demonstrate the desired effect. (keep scrolling for creo screenshots)

My instinct was to use surface freeform, but it deforms a region far greater than the boundaries of the shape.

Any suggestions?
