System‑Level Crash in Creo Parametric 13.4.0.0

Summary of the Issue

Creo Parametric 13.4.0.0 is causing a catastrophic failure of the Windows graphics subsystem across every machine tested, including:

• University lab computers

• Instructor workstations

• Student laptops

• My personal workstation

The failure is identical across all systems: initiating certain display operations causes a full backscreen event

Observed Behavior

Across all affected machines:

• Entire display system blacks out

• All monitors reset

• No Creo traceback or crash log is generated

• System becomes unresponsive for several seconds

• Creo must be manually relaunched, unsaved work is lost.

Crashes occur seemingly at random. This issue is present on my personal computer, laptop, university computers, instructor computers, and other student’s personal machines.
