Test Balloon sizing

How can the balloon be sized. We use text balloon to identify item numbers from an external BOM. When using more than one digit number the balloon stretches making it oblong rather than a full circle. How can the balloon be sized to be circular or can be sized to be a larger size that would fit the longest number Creo elements/direct 18.1 annotation

    In the drawing options, miscellaneous options, you will find two options named:
    max_balloon_radius:
    min_balloon_radius:
    set the both options to the same value, balloon size wiil always be the same. If needed, change text size, but balloons size will keep the same value.
