Tol Display -4th Decimal Place

When you set Tol_Display Yes you get a static Annotation in the corner showing tolerance for decimal 1,2,3 and Angle. I would like the PTC provided annotation to also show the 4th decimal place.
PTC has a listed workaound (TPI 114932) to add a Note with the parameter &linear_tol_0_0000 which you then can change and then remove the note. My workaround was to make a complete note with all parameters and then place in the Footer of the Start Part.
I would not think it hard to customize that Standard PTC note to include the 4th Decimal Tolerance Line.... Anyone know where that note gets generated from? Any ideas on how to add 4th decimal place?
