SketchUp (formerly Google SketchUp, now Trimble SketchUp) might fit your need, though in order to export 3D files you have to buy the "pro" version for $495.00 Check to see if the file formats you desire are available. It appears that some are not and others are written by 3rd parties as "plug-ins".

PTC is offering Creo Elements/Direct Modeling Express 4.0 for free. If you’re on Creo 2.0 I would think you could trade models, or at least import his into full Creo…

Be careful when using SketchUp (formerly Google SketchUp, now Trimble
SketchUp) at your company. It is not allowed at our company due to security
flaws.
