UDF color - wrongly coloring the part

We would appreciate it, if you would help us with our problem regarding udf color in Creo 4.0

We created udf and defined 3 colours that will give us some exact information. (1. blue, 2. red, 3. orange)

When we put udf into our part, we encounter some kind of "bug", (see pic 2 and 3)

part 1:

1. blue, 2. red, 3. orange

part 1, side 1

the same part 1, but from other side:

it should be 1. blue, 2. red, 3. orange! 

part 1, side 2

So Creo actually wants to color different sides of solid with different color, without any particular logic behind it.

(There is an option in config for coloring different sides, but its for surfs and its on "no" : single_side_surf_color no, so that cannot be an issue)
