Using Snap Lines in drawings

Hello,

We are using snap lines in our drawings.
What we see right in CREO 3.0 that when you create a new dimension it will not directly snap to the snap line

when you move the dimension over the snap line.

First you  have to place it, after that you can replace the dimension and than it will snap to the snap line.

I can remember that in the past it was possible to snap it directly the first time to the snap line.

Is this a config option?
