Question

Vuforia View isn't working.

I created a 3D model, applied Spatial target and published, but unable to open in Vuforia View. I have attached the message that popped up. Need advice. Thanks.

Hi,

 

The Spatial Tracking is built on Vuforia Engine's Ground Plane technology. It looks like the device you're using does not support Ground Plane (or else the operating system of your phone doesn't support it). I should add, this is for Spatial Tracking specifically. In Creo 4.0 M070, we reintroduced ThingMarks, which should work fine on your device.

    Tried with iPhone 6, iPhone7 and OnePlus6. but not working. 

    By the way I the version I used for creating 3D model was Creo 5.
