where can I find express support?

where can I find express support? I'm having an issue with opening a saved file...I can create a drawing and save it and it seems to save just fine but when I try and open it in another session I get the follow error.

Can anyone help me out here?

    Concerning "open in another session":

    - Express Edition?

    - Commercial Version?

    - Which Version?

    I guess the message "could not unpack" is misleading.

    The data could not be loaded.
