WINDCHILL attributes on STEP file

Hello.

Using CREO4 I create a STEP format file .

I open the step file with an editor and I can recognize, just at the beginning of file, the name of file, the name of user and the time in which I created the file.

Is it possible to get also the Version (revision and iteration) of saved file on Windchill ?

Hi,

try exporting STEP file using individual STEP export formats, for example:

AP203_IS
AP202_IS
AP203_IS_EXT
AP209_DIS
AP214_IS
AP203_E2

 

Note: The above mentioned list belongs to Creo 2.0.
