I'm trying to import a zip file containing a reqif file and an rtf file. After the import is completed, I get the error :"'UI' com.atego.exerpt.utils.general.an::a - Cannot find referenced file 'C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp\atego_zip_18359550f522058383328985655046\files\DOCATTACHMENT_89-screenshot-20220606-181442.png.rtf'." I'm not sure why the tool is not able to fetch the rtf file. Has anyone else faced this issue? Please let me know. TIA.

Dear all, currently, during mechatronic development, we're using the column "comment internal" for specification of first potential supplier.I'm looking now for another column (ideal "comment internal 2") for a second supplier.I know "comment to supplier" but don't want to use it for internal notes. Is there a column which can be used for that? I could'nt find another free field.

Hello everybody, is it possible to indicate the contant of the field "document title", which is defined on the segment, on the node elements? In other words, is it possible to create a field for the node elements, were the document title of the segment is indicated?  

Hello everybody,i´am trying to set up a Word-Export-Configuration to generate an variant-specific Export, but unfortunately it doesn´t work out. My document has got an attribute called "Device ID" used to assign variants to the requirements. On the tab "properties" we have another attribute called "Export ID" used to define the needed variant for the Export. (see figure)In this case i want to make an Export for variant "C0101" How can this be implemented? Many thanks in advance!  

I see that there are many ways to create tables within Process Director: copy/paste from Excel, Word and other text fields and creating within the software.  I am looking for a way to create a usable dropdown table within PD. The one I created shows the options, but once you select an option other than the first, it reverts back.  Any suggestions?

One of my users has a question about Revision History. I see how you can compare previous revisions but that seems to be it. Is there an Admin option somewhere? REVISION HISTORYI see the revision history. What I've not been able to figure out how to use the revision history. I've not seen a 'Revert to Previous Version" function anywhere. Seems like version control is only about seeing what changed.Is it possible to roll back to previous revisions?

Hello, I am a junior developer and I develop triggers in java for Integrity and I would like to know how I can send parameters from a java trigger to another. Let me explain:I have 2 triggers, let's call them trigger A and trigger B.My 2 triggers are triggered according to rules.My trigger B is an automatic numbering trigger and is triggered during trigger A and I need to bypass part of the code of trigger B for functional reasons.To do this I would have liked to send a parameter from trigger A to trigger B to have the information in trigger B when A is triggered.I had thought of doing this in the A :ScriptServerBean serverBean = getScriptServerBean();Map<String, String> serverMap = serverBean.getTransactionContext();serverMap.put("parameter", ""); I have the parameter information in my trigger A but I can't get the information in my B trigger, maybe they don't belong to the same transaction ? If you have any clue of solution I'm interested, thanks.Alex

As per this thread, similar issue: I am getting same error while create requirement document using PTC integrity GUI windows. please look into it error is "Could not save item:MKS124312:Can not create item type of requirement document"
