Running 2001 build 2004290.At home Pro saves the "file open history" between sessions. In other words, if I close Pro, then open it a day later it still has the history of what I opened the day before. This only works on my home computer, not on the one at work.Does anyone know why this is?ThanksMike Singer
Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr, It always works this way when you get older. Several weeks ago there wasa bunch of e-mails about ray-tracing and light pipes. I saved the summary that had the 2 web siteslisted,........................or so I thought. After telling a coleague about it, I now cannot find it.If anyone has the links to those sites I would greatly appreciate it.Thanks in advance.

Colleagues, Thanks to everyone who responded. I received so many respones that indicated that I had everything correct and that it should work that I went back and gave it one more try. Well I must have held my tongue right this time because it worked like a charm. Thanks again to everyone who replied.Dave
All,I currently have a program that allows a user to select the edge of a circle.Pro automatically highlights half of the edge of the circle in a bold red. Iwant to highlight the other half of the circle in the same bold red. Howeverthe color type PRO_COLOR_HIGHLITE, or any other enumerated value, does nothighlight in bold like Pro does. Does anybody know how to do this?Patrick WilliamsApplication EngineerSteelcase, Inc.

Ok. the consensus is that my post is adding all the coordinate systems. Unfortunately, I didn't write the post, nor do I have any experience with the post, nor do I have the budget to pay someone to fix my post (sound familiar?). So.... does anyone have any good reading on the subject? Any idea where I should start? Thanx for the help so far, its been great. Tony
We are having a problem with ProE taking 8 minutes to start up on all of ourworkstations. We see the following error messages even though it does startup after the 8 minute wait. This is the norm now. Setting HOOPS_PICTURE to x11/:0.0...
Pardon me for the simple questions that I should already know the answer to. Since I didn't set up this system, I don't know all the details. Unfortunately, I'm the only one around to run it now. When I post a program, it enters a coordinate system with each tool that is called. Is there any way to eliminate this coord. system call? Since I replicate my programming for multiple stations, I need to edit the .tap file to change the coord. system anyway. It would just save me the hassle of 'search & replace'.... Also, is there an easy way to change the default coordinate system that is used? ThanxTony
Hello,Hole tables for standard holes can have CounterSink diameters for top and bottom (CSINKDIAM and BOTCSINKDIAM). But these diameters depend on the presence of a thread. Can this be accomplished ?E.g. :a standard hole for a M10 has Csinkdiam = 11a standard through hole, for passage of a M10, has a diameter of 11 and Csinkdiam = 12.Any ideas?, Hugo.

Can someone here point me to where I can get some info. on font sizes.I need to make a CAD copy of our company Logo but it has to be in acertain font size (i.e. 12 pt., 14 pt. etc.). I have no idea how totranslate the font size into a dimensional size in Pro-E. Is there a site on the internet that shows decimal equivalents for Fontsizes? Where can I go to get this info.?
