Hi RJ! You might want to consider posting this in the Codebeamer Ideas board with a bit more detail. Things I might suggest thinking about are

• if there is room for flexibility in the review process (or what the true goal of the review governance is)
• if the true goal is visibility within the review process and how you would like to see things within review process (reports, views, or a kanban style board, etc)

Sometimes we think we are solving one problem with governance, and it helps to think through what the governance solves first, and how we intend the oversight to solve the problem. Good luck!
