Could you help us understand what you are trying to solve with this? 

The test runs are designed to be immutable - this way you have a record of exactly how each run went. 

If there is some feedback given that necessitates an iterative change, you would start a new test run if needed. This way you could compare the two runs and see the result of the feedback being implemented.
