In TWX 9.6 the edit icon or link have padding and are too big. I can change this very easily in the console as shown below, but I cannot figure out how to do this in the CSS, or if there is another way. I am trying to do this... I couldn't find any documentation on styling the grid specifically. I am trying to execute this command`im editproject --permittedGroups=MyGroup /MyProject`but the response says that MyGroup does not exist.I definitely does exist, it is an mksdomaingroup and I can run `integrity mksdomaingroups`which shows me the group exists.any ideas anyone ?

I would like to upgrade Tomcat version without upgrading Thingworx version, currently my Tomcat version is 9.0.88 and it is showing as outdated by IT Department Can we do anything my Thingworx version is 9.5.3 If I upgrade to Thingworx 10 I will get tomcat version 11 

I have been trying to find an answer to this question but nothing I have tried so far works. I have an issue where I can not pull the Windchill browser window to the front above all of the other Creo windows. I'm currently using Creo 7.0.8 and this is happening to all users who are currently running Windows 11 (but now Windows 10). There doesn't seem to be any way at all to move it to the front so we have to resort to moving all Creo windows to one monitor and the Windchill browser to another monitor. I suspect that this has something to do with the Windows 11 window manager but even the settings that appear to fix other applications do not fix this issue in Creo. Anyone have an idea what I can try?

After all of these years, PTC has still not aligned the Creation Wizard for Promotion Request and Problem Report / Change Request / Review (Design or Peer).  Does anyone know if PTC have any plans or is there an EASY way to add the Select Participant step to a Change Object or the Add Attachments step to a Promotion Request?  (I am sure it can be done by customization but didn't want to go down that route.) I wanted to use the Peer Review but it is not user friendly for the originator to receive an initial task just to set up the participants when it could easily be part of the object creation wizard as it is in the Promotion Request.  So, I decided to configure my own Peer Review using a Promotion Request instead.  But, now I am reminded that you can't "Add Attachments" to a Promotion Request in the create wizard.  So each option only gets me 90% of the way to what I want.

After installing Arbortext on a new laptop, some things aren't working how they should and I don't know why. I have allowed the application toolbar and turned it on. The change markup dropdown isn't showing the other tags allowed at the point of insertion. I'm trying to change a table to a chart. When I put my cursor to the right of the table start tag, the change markup dropdown should show chart as an option but it's not there. The only option on the dropdown is table.  I don't remember doing anything on the old laptop to make this work, it just worked. Is there a setting that I'm missing? Thanks!Amy Hill

I started my college years using Mathcad 11, and I still use it after two decades. And for many reasons: I know its plus and minus points (more plus than minus).Once upon a time, I could integrate it with Excel and other software.It is reliable overall: no crashes or file corruption.It saves space and memory: in 100Mb of HDD and a few dozen Mb of RAM, it does what other mammoth software (including the following versions of Mathcad, not to speak of Mathcad Prime) do.I always kept an eye on the PTC community to look at the reactions to Mathcad Prime's evolution. I think I am not alone in still using the Classic Mathcad (if not v.11, it will be v.15).  I am interested mainly in Calculus (so symbolic math solutions), Matrix Algebra Simulations, and a few Statistics. At the same time, I am not interested in integrating Mathcad to other PTC software.Is it worth moving to (or trying) Mathcad Prime v.10? Given the above interests, how is it compared to t

I have 5 states, design, development, production gate, production change and production released.  When a user create a new CAD document it starts in design and has to go through the production gate to reach production released.  The production gate is intended for CAD moving from development prototypes to production and requires extra approvals. But there are times when production engineers need to create a part which do not have to go through the production gate approvals. Is there a way allow them to create a part in the production change state? I see in the ACL that there are permissions for create in the specified state but I'm not sure how to set the life cycle state before creating and checking in a new part. 

Hi,I am trying to implement ProMdlReadonlyIgnore with reference to article CS398373, as I am unable to upload parameters while it is in Checkin state. Untill Creo 7.0.11 I was able to do it, but same action in Creo 10.0.5 is demanding me a checkout. By referring article CS398373 I figured we have to use ProMdlReadonlyIgnore(I suppose not as a custom API) but PTC provided. I do not see any document in Creo Parametric TOOLKIT API Wizard .Can I get some help here.

I need to transfer a Kepware license (offline)...  1. I created the trasfer_request file on the 1st server... no issues2. I uploaded the transfer_request file to kepware portal... no issues3. I created the activation_request file in the 2nd server... no issues4. I uploaded the activation_request file to kepware portal and everything seems to be ok... I complete the form with the requested information... no issues5. however when trying to create the activation_response file, the file is not generated and google is only redirecting me to a page with the next title "Legal Policies, Agreements and Disclaimers" (see attached image)Please advise... I really need to get the activation_response file in order to activate the 2nd server.

Vers. 10.0.5.0Creo program has stopped using the config options i've had before, specifically inverted zoom shown in picture. I am unsure which is correct for the zoom option i want (Yes or no) however i have tried changing the config file to both options and it has not changed zoom direction and uses the default scroll wheel down = zoom in & scroll wheel up = zoom out.The only notable difference i've done recently is closed the program improperly by closing the pc but this has not changed the config files for me before. Any advice is very appreciated!Solution:Using the link provided and testing what config.pro was being loaded, it turned out to be start up/working directory. Reselecting the working directory with the config.pro solved the problem.

I've been using MathCAD Express 10.0.1.0 version now and tried to upgrade the software to version 11 yesterday. Tried to fill out the free trial form but never receive the download link even after a day. Could I get help how to upgrade the software but still stick to the free Express version?
