Hello,Would it be possible to request an enhancement to ModelCheck?Specifically, I would like ModelCheck to be able to verify the Bend Allowance settings. For example, I would like to check that for sheetmetal parts, the “Bend allowance driven by” option is correctly set to be driven by the material.Even further, I would like to validate that the Sheetmetal Preferences are consistent with the smtdsnsetup.smd configuration file.Thank you in advance if this request could be considered.Adrien Blazy  

Is it normal that Windchill does not consider Object Initialization Rules (or Access Control List) at all when creating parts with edit associations or auto associate? Or do I just have some kind of configuration issue? I have hidden some subtypes of parts in different organizations and contexts from the part creation drop down menu by defining a non-existing lifecycle template in the OIR of those types that I want to hide.When I'm creating a part in Commonspace or Workspace, the OIR is checked before showing what types I can create and the dropdown list of type selection filters out the ones that I cannot create:  But when I'm using "Edit associations" or "Auto associate" on an existing CAD document, it seems that Windchill just shows *all* subtypes which have "Instantiable" flag on and doesn't consider the context-specific OIR.Auto associate: And same thing with "Edit associations":  I can create and associate any of those types of parts in Workspace. I'm using MathCAD Prime 9.0.0.0. MathCAD is always forcing Units of Measure. Usually it'll choose appropriately based on the data going into it. However, sometimes it's wrong or uses weird units and won't allow me to override. A work around is I can not use units at all or I can put in a 2nd equation without units, but I shouldn't have to do that. One of the advantages to MathCAD is I can use multiple units in the same equation and MathCAD knows the difference. In this case...I want......but I get...I want......but I get... Thanks,      Brent

Version: Windchill 13.0 Use Case: When trying to create a new or edit / view a life cycle template as either org admin or site admin, I just get a please wait spinning circle.Description: I have been able to view the life cycle templates before on this server. We are in the process of upgrading our version so I have an installation on a test server where I can view and edit the life cycle. I am using Creo Parametric Release 12.4 and Datecode12.4.2.0Hi, our company recently installed Creo 12.4. It is now in the standar configuration (inch, pound, standard ambient, exc... ). We want to transfer the personalized configuration from the version used till today (Creo 9) to the new installed version. How can we achieve this?PS. We have also a Creo Simulation pack.

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 13.1 and Datecode with CPS 13.1.2.0During an update from Windchill 12.0 to Windchill 13.1.2 I had an issue with compiling a java file.import com.ptc.wpcfg.pdmabstr.PROEDependency; is used in the file but it's not recognised by Eclips.The class should be availeble in DDLBasic.jar. Is it moved or deleted (com.ptc.wpcfg.pdmabstr)? Do I neet to use something different?I have a workaround, the variable is used once and should be a constant value, but that is not a clean solution.

Hi everyone,I've been having this problem for a month and I have absolutely no idea how to fix it. It happens very often that when I have a .prt file or other file opened in Creo, it starts an infinite loading process that ends with the program forcefully closing. If I reopen Creo without opening the file, nothing happens, but when I open a file, it appears with a vertical black bar on the right side of the screen, starting the infinite loading process again. The only way I can fix it is to restart my PC. I checked my PC's system requirements, and they should be sufficient (I have an Asus Pro). I tried disabling Windows' antivirus, but nothing.Thanks in advance.

I set up a model that looks like a shell, with other models contained inside it (spatially enclosed by this shell). Then I set a modeltarget for this shell model, hoping to achieve Tracking Acquired with this shell. Once I successfully Tracking Acquired, I make all the internal model visible and hope they can trigger userpick events(Listen through home.js).The current problem is that if this model is contained inside the shell, it won't trigger userpick events. If some part of an internal model isn't completely wrapped by this shell, clicking on the unwrapped part correctly triggers userpick (throughout the process, the shell remains hidden and has no userpick events set). This occurs on iOS devices. However, everything works fine in the preview.vuforia studio, vuforia View and ES are all the latest version 10.2.0 I hope someone can resolve my doubts. Thank you.

Dear PTC Support,I am a student at the Linzer Technikum (HTL Linz, Austria), using a full educational license provided by the school.I am unable to activate Mathcad Prime when I use my personal laptop outside the school environment (on a different home network/internet connection).The license activation fails with the error: "(-9) Invalid host." (License status "Ungültig" / Invalid).Steps taken and results:Using the License File: The license file (...sw_license_email_738123.dat) fails because it appears to be tied to a specific network/host ID present only at the school.Using the License Key: I have attempted activation using my assigned license key, but it resulted in the same error. I can provide the key privately. This also results in the same "Invalid host" error and the key then becomes invalid (or tied to the incorrect Host ID).Key Issue:This is happening on the exact same laptop. Dear PTC Community,I am working on a system of coupled nonlinear equations and attempting to solve it using a Mathcad Prime 7.0.0.0 Solve Block. The solve block runs without errors and returns numerical values for my unknowns. However, when I validate the solution outside the solve block, I find that one of the variables ( J), which appears in two different model equations, gives two different values when recalculated. I expected these equations to converge to a consistent solution for J, but they do not.In other words, even though the solve block returns values for three different variables (J, E, ε), the two J expressions do not evaluate to the same value of J when I recompute them using the solved ( E and ε).I have attached my Mathcad file.Could someone please review it and help me understand why the solve block returns a result but the two governing equations do not match when checked afterwards?I would be very grateful for your insight. Kind regards,Tadele
