The file name of representation has special character

I purchased a student license for Mathcad prime 9 and have reinstalled windows. The License for my software is not working on my new PC. I require a new license to use the software I paid for.

Hi,   We are migrating from Postgres to InfluxDB for time-series data. Thingworx will stay on Postgres, but time-series data will be logged in InfluxDB.   We are trying to set up the InfluxDB on the Amazon Timestream. We are looking for some best practices for Influx on the Amazon Timestream and what its cons are in terms of the PTC best practices of Thingworx.   And does anyone know how many Measurements can be in a single bucket of Thingowrx? Solution:Mathcad Single User and Student Licenses can be transferred by using the link.  Select the version and enter the product code Enter the new HOST ID onto which the license needs to be transferred- To correctly identify the Host ID on new machine, go to Windows Start > Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt > type ipconfig/all (ENTER) and with the Physical Address below the Ethernet adapter Local Area Connection there stands the Host ID-  Click on #Submit RequestBelow is the sample email triggered with new HOST ID license file (attachment)  Please save this license file to a secure location on your computer. 

  Goodmorning everyone, do I have to import a step created by a single assembly as a single part? How can I do? If I decide to open it as a "part" the file does not open correctly (missing parts and geometries).Thank you, Matteo.

Can't log into my account or use my licence

When I find a new function and want to know what it does and what its arguments are, I go Resources > Help and enter the function name. Let's say I enter "augment". When I click search, I get dozens of hits and it takes me a while to find the one that actually explains how to use the function. Is there a more straightforward way to get right to the usage of the function? I'm using Prime 11.

Hello. We created a job order with ID 343 in the RTPPM System. However, when we tried to open this job order, the job order with ID E53435P001T001 was opened instead. Apart from containing the number 343 in it, there is no similarity between them. In fact, the job order with ID E53435P001T001 is not even assigned to the machine that was opened.At first, we thought this was due to editing the job order creation mashup, but we realized that the same issue occurs even when we create the job order using the StartJobOrder_JOR service inside the machine’s thing.Also, sometimes job orders that have no such similarity with each other are opened in place of one another.Another issue is that the description field of the opened job order becomes empty. The synchronization on the machine’s thing is turned off.

Hi dear, I'm having trouble with the "for" loop when I create a function and try to graph a spectrum as a function of time.I have MathCAD version 11. It worked in the old version, but in this latest version, it shows me an error message stating that the variable T is not defined.Why is this happening? 

When i browse the tags through Matrikon OPC UA explorer, The tag displays all the attributes along with the value. is there any way we can suppress them.  

For the production environment, we create a deployment package and upload the extension to production. The objects that are part of the extension change, and some have been removed. However, I noticed that there are objects in production tied to old extensions that cannot be removed. I thought that excluding the object from the extension would remove it. How can I remove these old objects tied to extensions that are no longer present in the system?

I have derived a drawing from a Multibody skeleton in Creo Parametric. Now I want to display only one body. This works, but then I have the problem that the view frame is still very large even though I only see one part, and I want to adjust this.How can the drawing frame be reduced?

Curious if anyone else is experiencing issues with Password Protected Office documents while using the Creo View Adapters Office Worker? I understand documents with passwords are not supported, but when they show up, they block the publishing queue and prevent all other jobs from being processed until someone connects to the Office Worker machine and picks Cancel from the Office prompt. Maybe someone has a better idea on how to kill these stuck publishing jobs?   Is there a better way to manage these files in Windchill to support a more efficient publishing process?   We have been talking about creating a new document type or adding a new attribute to a document type so we have a hook we can catch in the publishing rules. Seems like a good plan, but it would be dependent on the document authors either picking the right document type or choosing the appropriate value for an attribute. 

Does Windchill supports SFTP to transfer files ? Do we need the external jars to enable SFTP in windchill ?

Creo 10 Pro/Toolkit developement. How to route multiple cables through a network? I tried following code to route all cables through the network point. But all cables are concentrating in one point as the attached picture shown. Hi everyone, I’m using the ThingWorx Mail Extension and the service SendMessageWithNoReplyTo.Even though I set a No-Reply Address (e.g., donotreply@something.com), all outgoing emails are still being sent from the authenticated mail account instead of the no-reply address. It looks like the SMTP server always overwrites the “From” address with the login user.Has anyone found a way to make SendMessageWithNoReplyTo actually send from the No-Reply Address?Or is this behavior controlled entirely by the mail server (e.g., requiring “Send As” permission)? i have created a mashup where i have list of things and if choose/select the perticular thing name from list it goes to next mashup using navigate functionality and that mashup must shows the properties related to that thing onlywhile navigating I have added parameter SelectedThing and binded selectedThing property to the GetProperty service to get the name of the thing and to ensure that I am binding the name to labelWidegt not getting the selected ThingName from list to next page’s Label

Converting from Mathcad 14 file to Mathcad Prime 11.An error occurred when extracting and redefining a matrix by specifying a column.Changing the matrix column specification from a variable to a number does not cause an error.Why is the error occurring?
