Hi All, I need to know  how I can use Vuforia chalk on top of vuforia studio.   I went through some links provided in ptc community also but people have given solution to add a button or navigation button which will navigate to Vuforia chalk from studio. But I want to implement on top of studio.   Is it possible?  Any document or help wrt this implementation will help.

In our company, some people applied for a free 30-day Evaluation of Chalk for partner companies at https://chalk.vuforia.com/apply.html about a month ago. Soon after that, we received the email titled “Thank you for your interest in Vuforia Chalk” from PTC. In that email, you said “We’ll be getting back to you as soon as possible with more information and next steps”. But no one has received next email until now. So we can’t  step forward to activate our account. Could you let me know what is happening?

I'm very interested in using Vuforia Chalk for work. In testing it, I found two issues: The sessions seem to be limited to 3 minutes each. We're willing to pay for a subscription that removes this, but I don't think that's available right now. We had serious issues with video stuttering, and with audio echo on one side. I seriously doubt this was a hardware problem as we tested an iPhone X and have a network that works fine with other video conferencing tools like Microsoft Teams. Any suggestions?

For what ever reason, I attempt to install the app on iPhone 6 Plus running iOS 11.4 and it will not start: this app requires specific features not available on this device. From everything I can review, this phone should work. Any tips?

According to the website (https://chalk.vuforia.com/download-chalk.html) the app is currently available only in those countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, India, Italy, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Netherlands, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, UK, US.   Is there a time frame for the availability in further countries (e. g. Turkey)?

Hi,   We are currently evaluating Chalk for enterprise use.   Our workforce is currently using the Samsung A5 on Android 7.   We've noticed that the A5 can draw and share chalk marks if they are viewing someone else's screen but if they are the one who is sharing, they can draw chalk marks but it is not visible to the other party (who is running a S8 or iphone).  So it looks like it is partially working.   I understand the A5 is not on the suppported list but would like to see if there any plans for support on the Samsung A5 running Android 7 in the future as there is a good use case for the product.   Thanks

Hi,   The contacts in list is showing as pending but those contacts have activated their chalk account. And one of the pending contact is able to make a chalk call to me but I am not able to call them back as it shows up as pending.    Is there a way I can delete the contact add them again? Or should I re-install Chalk on my phone?   Thanks, Avinash
