Designating Parameters for FeatureIDs in Assemblies via Web.Link

Hi everyone,

I'm currently working with PTC Creo Web.Link and trying to determine whether it's possible to designate a parameter specifically associated with a FeatureID within an assembly context.

I've reviewed the Web.Link documentation and found the method pfcScript.pwlParameterDesignationAdd(), which seems to apply only to general model parameters. However, I haven't found any reference to designating parameters that are tied directly to a FeatureID.

Has anyone successfully designated a parameter linked to a specific feature within an assembly using Web.Link? If so, could you share any insights, approaches, or code examples?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

We do this for find numbers on assembly component feature. But I have no clue which one will win if you would use the same name twice. I mean TEST as a designated solid and a feature parameter. I hope Creo will raise an error.
